SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Preferred Fulfillment: In-Store Pickup In-store pickup is the preferred fulfillment method for all orders. Pickup is available at our facility located at:

Buyers are encouraged to schedule pickup in advance by contacting us at dre@alchemyextraction.solutions or (406) 405-1295. Items inspected and accepted at the time of pickup are considered sold and accepted in full — no returns or refunds will be accepted after pickup.

Freight Shipping (Large & Heavy Equipment) Select items — including rotary evaporators, vacuum ovens, freezers, extraction systems, and other large equipment — may be available for freight shipment where noted in the product listing. The following conditions apply to all freight orders:

• Freight shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be quoted at the time of purchase.
• Alchemy Academy will coordinate freight arrangements in good faith; however, the buyer assumes all risk of damage or loss during transit once the item leaves our facility.
• Freight items must be inspected by the buyer upon delivery before signing the bill of lading. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to note damage at delivery releases Alchemy Academy from liability for freight damage claims.
• Alchemy Academy does not cover, reimburse, or file freight damage claims on behalf of the buyer.

Custom-Fabricated & Built-to-Order Systems Custom and built-to-order systems require a pre-shipment video conference with the buyer to confirm build specifications and condition prior to shipping or pickup. Shipping or pickup will not be scheduled until this review is completed. Lead times vary by build complexity and will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Availability Not all items are available for shipment. Availability of freight shipping is noted on individual product listings. Items not listed as shippable are available for local pickup only.

No Return Shipping Provided Alchemy Academy does not provide return shipping labels or cover return freight under any circumstances. All approved returns (subject to our Return & Refund Policy) are shipped back at the buyer's sole expense.
