ALL SALES ARE FINAL — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Custom-Fabricated & Built-to-Order Equipment: All custom-fabricated systems are built to specification and are non-refundable and non-returnable. The 30% deposit paid at the time of order is non-refundable under all circumstances. Orders may not be canceled after fabrication has begun. Buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying specifications and compatibility prior to purchase.
Used, Previously Owned & Refurbished Equipment: All used, previously owned, and factory-refurbished equipment is sold strictly as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Alchemy Academy makes reasonable efforts to describe the item's condition accurately; however, the buyer acknowledges that pre-owned equipment may have wear, undisclosed defects, or performance characteristics consistent with its age and use. No returns or refunds will be issued on used or refurbished equipment.
New Components & Hardware (Fittings, Glassware, Valves): New, unused components may be eligible for exchange only (no cash refunds) within 7 days of delivery, if the item arrives defective or damaged in transit. Buyer must provide photographic evidence of damage within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Exchange eligibility is at the sole discretion of Alchemy Academy.
General Conditions (All Orders)
  • All returns, if approved at our discretion, are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Alchemy Academy does not provide return shipping labels or cover return freight costs under any circumstances.
  • No refunds will be issued for items damaged by improper installation, misuse, or buyer-initiated modifications.
  • Freight and large equipment items are preferred for pickup. Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage during shipment for freight orders.
  • In-store pickup is available at our Eureka, MT location. Items inspected and accepted at pickup are considered sold and accepted; no returns after pickup.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits confirm and reserve your build slot or item hold.
