Nature of Products & Sales Alchemy Academy sells custom-fabricated, factory-refurbished, previously owned, and new industrial extraction and laboratory equipment. Product listings accurately describe item condition to the best of our ability; however, all sales are final as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Buyer Responsibility — Equipment Use The buyer assumes sole and full responsibility for the safe, lawful, and proper use, installation, operation, and maintenance of all equipment purchased from Alchemy Academy upon completion of sale. Alchemy Academy expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, damage, loss, regulatory violation, or consequence arising from the buyer's use, misuse, modification, or improper installation of any purchased equipment. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that purchased equipment complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, and regulations in the buyer's jurisdiction prior to use.
No Warranty Unless explicitly stated in a product listing, all equipment is sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Factory-refurbished items carry only such warranty, if any, as is expressly stated in their individual product listing.
Deposit & Order Terms All deposits are non-refundable. Custom and built-to-order systems are fabricated to buyer specifications; orders may not be cancelled after fabrication begins. By placing an order and submitting a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Alchemy Academy, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, shipment, installation, or use of any product sold. Alchemy Academy's total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law These terms and all transactions with Alchemy Academy are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Policy Updates Alchemy Academy reserves the right to update or modify this legal notice at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this website.
